La complejidad estaba en encontrar un concepto que nos permitiera dirigirnos a todos sus clientes, independientemente de su edad.
Curiosamente, un servicio pensado para facilitar la vida tiene un nombre complicado. Esta contradicción nos brindaba la posibilidad de utilizar el humor para contar los beneficios del servicio desde insights del consumidor.
